Our team of medical, health, and wellness providers specialize in the proper diagnosis, recovery, and remission of a broad range of child, adolescent, and adult behavioral health issues. We specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, OCD, impulse control disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, substance abuse, gender dysphoria, marital issues, work stress & burnout, personality disorders, eating disorders, and more.

We are an experienced group of behavioral health practitioners, affiliated with Northwest Community Hospital, that has been growing and is now expanding to offer world-class, integrated and human-centered health and wellness services. ADI Health uses a user-friendly electronic medical record system, in-house billing and credentialing, and administrative support which allows our team to spend more time with patients, and less time with paperwork. We also offer teletherapy, which allows our providers with the flexibility to potentially work from home and provide ongoing care for patients who may be at school, traveling, on vacation, and/or that are unable to be physically available for appointments in the office.

Psychiatrist (Part-time and Full-time)


ADI Health is seeking part-time or full-time, board certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist to join its growing human-centered outpatient practice. 

Our patients are our priority and providing comprehensive, collaborative, and compassionate care is the foundation of our culture. As a part of an integrated behavioral health & wellness team, you will focus on providing high-quality, human-centered patient care to children, adolescents, and/or adults. Responsibilities will include psychiatric evaluations & consultations, development of holistic, cross-disciplinary treatment plans, psychopharmacological management, therapy, family education, and more. 

Qualified applicants can enjoy the flexibility of outpatient work in a collegial environment with no call. Part-time contractors have the opportunity to develop a personalized work schedule to add to their pre-existing schedule, and in the future, have the potential to transition into a full-time position with benefits. 

The ideal candidate will be mission and impact driven, interested in achieving work-life balance, and will possess the following qualifications:

  • Adult Psychiatrist that is BE or BC; and or

  • Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist that is BE or BC

  • IL licensed

  • Experience with managing and leading teams

  • Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness

  • Experience with Psychopharmacology

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A passion for serving those in need

  • Ability to exercise compassion, empathy, and sensitivity to the gamut of human problems and conditions

  • Experience with medical software and coding systems 

Salary: $300,000 - $325,000.00 per year (Full-time); Competitive Part-time earning potential based on experience and hours worked

Licensed Clinical Psychologists / Professional Counselor (Full-time)


ADI Health is seeking experienced, full-time, licensed clinical psychologists and licensed professional counselors to join its growing human-centered private practice.

The ideal candidate will be mission and impact driven, interested in achieving work-life balance, and will possess the following qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in psychology and licensure as a psychologist; Licensed professional counselor/school psychologists will also be considered and are encouraged to apply

  • Active State of Illinois license (PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCPC)

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and treatment plan management

  • Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • A passion for serving those in need

  • Ability to exercise compassion, empathy, and sensitivity to the gamut of human problems and conditions

  • High degree of discernment and excellent judgement

  • Experience with medical software and coding systems

  • Available to hold a therapy caseload of 25-35 clients weekly (full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days, following credentialing)

Salary: $113,184.00 - $160,362.00 per year
