Morgan Fallor, MD, MBA, is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive training in adult, adolescent, and child psychiatry. She was born and raised in San Diego, CA. Dr. Fallor attended Northwestern University for her undergrad where she majored in Psychology, completed medical school at Northwestern’s Feinberg School of Medicine, and received her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She went to the University of South Florida for her general psychiatry residency. She pursued further specialization and completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Chicago. 

Dr. Fallor is not accepting new patients and will no longer offer appointments after August 14, 2026.
